  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags received with the product.

  • Products that are not returned in original condition may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, customers must submit a request through our official website.

  • Once the request is approved, Ackua will provide a return shipping label.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Ackua. Customers are required to ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • In case of delayed credit to the customer’s account due to banking or payment provider policies, Ackua shall not be held liable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us immediately via our return process on the website.

  • Once verified, Ackua will provide a free replacement or a full refund, as per the customer’s preference.

  • The defective item must be returned before a replacement or refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers may choose a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel orders at any time before the product is dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, the order will fall under the Return & Refund process described above.
