  • Customers are not required to create an account, but if you do, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  • We offer 3D-printed products through our Site.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary due to the nature of 3D printing.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Payments

  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Cash on Delivery, and other methods as displayed on checkout.

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Shipping is free of charge.

  • We partner with Shiprocket and other logistics providers. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the customer’s original payment source within a reasonable timeframe once the return is approved.

  • Exclusions: Customized items and perishable goods are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable in future) are non-refundable.

7. No Warranty

  • Our products are sold “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations beyond their intended functional/design purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ackua shall not be liable for:

    • Delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
