2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all orders within India.

  • We reserve the right to modify shipping charges in the future. Any changes will be clearly communicated on the website.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Ackua is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with Shiprocket and other leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking details will be shared with customers once the order has been dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details once the order has been shipped.

  • Customers can track their order status directly via the courier’s tracking portal.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, absence of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us.

  • Reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
